Our buffet menu for the evening is scheduled to be:
Fresh Tossed Venetian Garden Salad
Broccoli Florets
Roasted Red Bliss Potatoes
Chicken Parmigiana
Meatballs in Marinara Sauce
Ricotta Stuffed Shells in Marinara sauce
Dessert: Fresh Fruit Salad
Iced Tea, Lemonade, Coffee
Dinner Cost is $30/person (plus credit card fee)
Pre-Paid Parking Vouchers are $10/each (plus credit card fee). Vouchers are for parking at the Convention Center Parking Facility, 1324 Arch Street.
This pricing is for Visitors. Members of the Valley have been sent an email to receive reduced pricing for their reservations.

PAYMENT method is by credit card via PAYPAL (using an account or credit card as guest). If there are any issues with this payment method, please contact the Valley office.

Dress code is: Jacket & Tie for Brothers, Short Tux for Valley Officers,
White-Pique/Tux for all Valley 33°, and Kilt uniform optional for KSA.
TAKE NOTE: If you make a reservation for Dinner or Pre-Paid Parking and do not attend, you will be responsible for the cost. Purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE after 10/9.

Rite-On-The-Roads
RITE-ON-THE-ROAD (ROTR) EVENT #3
WHEN:
February 17, 2024, 8:30 AM-12:00 PM
There will be refreshments at the beginning (Coffee/Donuts), and lunch arrangements afterward (for brethren who need to leave or are planning to stick around and socialize). This event coincides with the Philadelphia Lodge of Perfection's Philabundance Food Drive, so please consider bringing non-perishable food donations.

We will show the following degrees:
4th (Video), & 13th (Live)
Witnessing these degrees allows new members to attend Saturday, March 16th, for the 4th, 17th, 18th, and 22nd degrees, and Friday, April 26th Spring Reunion and have the 32nd degree conferred.
The dress is Jacket and tie.
Petitions can be submitted electronically to the Valley of Philadelphia prior to the event at scottishritenmj.org. Petitions will also be available at the event but must be accompanied by a current Blue Lodge dues card.
The Application Fee for candidates of $150 must be paid before witnessing the 4th degree. Checks should be made payable to "Scottish Rite Bodies".

"WHAT IS A RITE-ON-THE-ROAD (ROTR)?
This is a new tool available to the Valley of Philadelphia where we can hold remote “mini-Reunions” to show Video Degrees or perform Live Degrees to our members and new valid petitioners. They may be held after a Blue Lodge meeting, a Lodge or other venues. All of these events include the 4th degree which is the degree at which a Brother Master Mason can become a member or the Valley of Philadelphia!
How can someone become a member of the Valley of Philadelphia?
First, they must be a Master Mason and a "member in good standing" of a Blue Lodge. Their application must be submitted either electronically at scottishritenmj.org or in paper form and accompanied with an initiation fee of $150.00 PRIOR to witnessing the 4th Degree. A completed/signed paper application and associated fee may be presented at the Rite-On-The-Road event.
