Our buffet menu for the evening is scheduled to be:
Venetian House Salad
Buttered Corn
Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Penne Alfredo
Chicken Cacciatore
Meatloaf in Savory Brown Gravy
Dessert: Apple Pie and Fresh Fruit Salad
Iced Tea, Lemonade, Coffee
Dinner Cost is $30/person (plus credit card fee)
Pre-Paid Parking Vouchers are $5/each (plus credit card fee). Vouchers are for parking at the Convention Center Parking Facility, 1324 Arch Street.

Members of the Valley have been sent an email to receive reduced pricing for their reservations.
ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE PAID "IN-ADVANCE" BY 4/21 (click on make your reservation here)!
PAYMENT method is by credit card via PAYPAL (using an account or credit card as guest). If there are any issues with this payment method, please contact the Valley office.

Dress code is:
White-Pique/Tux for all Valley Officers 33°, Short Tux for Valley Officers, Jacket & Tie for Brothers, Kilt uniform optional for KSA.
TAKE NOTE: If you make a reservation for Dinner or Pre-Paid Parking and do not attend, you will be responsible for the cost. Purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE after 4/21.

We will show the following degrees:
4th Degree - The Builder
20th Degree - Master Ad Vitam
27th Degree - Knights of Jerusalem
29th Degree - Knights of St. Andrew
When you join the Scottish Rite at this event,
you will be eligible for the 32nd Degree at our May 2, 2025 Reunion
The dress is Jacket and tie.
Petitions will also be available at the event
but must be accompanied by a current Blue Lodge dues card.
The Application Fee for candidates of $249 covers petition fee and dues through July 31st and must be paid before witnessing the 4th degree. Checks should be made payable to "Scottish Rite Bodies".

"WHAT IS A RITE-ON-THE-ROAD (ROTR)?
This is a new tool available to the Valley of Philadelphia where we can hold remote “mini-Reunions” to show Video Degrees or perform Live Degrees to our members and new valid petitioners. They may be held after a Blue Lodge meeting, a Lodge or other venues. All of these events include the 4th degree which is the degree at which a Brother Master Mason can become a member or the Valley of Philadelphia!
